  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. Coat chicken generously with Cajun Fire blend and let marinate 20 minutes
  2. Heat grill or cast iron skillet to high heat
  3. Add oil and butter, then sear chicken 4-5 minutes per side

Instructions:

  1. Remove membrane from ribs, pat dry
  2. Mix Smoke King with brown sugar, coat ribs generously
  3. Smoke at 225°F for 3 hours, spritzing hourly
  4. Wrap in foil with apple juice, smoke 1 more hour
  5. Unwrap, brush with BBQ sauce, smoke 30 more minutes

Instructions:
